Enchantment Resort Opens New Poolside Oasis

Enveloped in the towering red rocks in Sedona’s Boynton Canyon, Enchantment Resort welcomes guests this summer to its new poolside oasis, complete with an expansive deck, private cabanas and a new poolside restaurant, The Edge.
Opening just in time for summer, the renowned Enchantment Resort in Sedona has unveiled the completion of its new opulent pool deck, featuring custom cabanas and a new poolside restaurant, The Edge.
“At Enchantment Resort, we take pride in curating well-rounded amenities in a one-of-a-kind setting,” says Stan Kantowski, managing director of Tanzerra Resorts, in a press release. “With the introduction of a new pool space and culinary outpost, we continue our commitment to crafting an unforgettable guest experience.”
Designed by Frank Trujillo of Design One Studio, the resort’s new 9,300-sq.-ft. pool area features a modern take on the resort’s signature aesthetic, with natural wood finishes and a soft color palette. The space also houses a dedicated pool host, three intimate cabanas and comfortable seating for up to 60 guests. Each cabana houses plush couches, personal safes, coolers, built-in fans and overhead lighting.

Adjacent to the new pool is The Edge, the latest addition to Enchantment Resort’s culinary offerings. This $3-million project includes a new kitchen, bar, dining area and a cozy fire pit lounge where guests can unwind and enjoy a cocktail fireside.
The menu at The Edge will feature seasonal offerings, with current summer highlights including the shrimp and crab poké bowl with quinoa, cucumber, radish, avocado, sesame and a Tamari glaze. To drink, signature cocktails include the Pink Cadillac, crafted with Don Julio Reposado, lime, prickly pear and a Grand Marnier float, and the Pineapple Spice, made with habanero tequila, Banhez mezcal and pineapple.
“The Edge takes our food and beverage programming to the next level with an extensive list of refreshing bites and sips utilizing local ingredients and flavors from the greater Arizona region,” says Nathan Rich, culinary director of Tanzerra Resorts, in a press release. “From the kids’ menu for our smallest travelers, to an inspired cocktail or seasonally-themed dessert, guests have the opportunity to dine by the pool or in the comfort of one of our new cabanas.”
