Oasis Pool Party with Ludacris!

For the Oasis Pool Party on-air contest, listen to the station weekdays from 5:00am (MST) on Monday, June 24, 2024 through 10:00am (MST) on Friday, June 28, 2024 for the cue to call. The first listener to call in and guess the movie correctly to 833-730-6277 will, upon verification of eligibility, receive one (1) qualifying prize which is two (2) tickets to the Oasis Pool Party featuring Ludacris at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass on Saturday, June 29, 2024, valued at $120, and courtesy of Gila River Resorts & Casinos and be qualified to win the grand prize. There will be up to FIVE (5) qualifying prize winners in this contest. At approximately 12:00pm (MST) on Friday, June 28, 2024 one (1) grand prize winner will be randomly selected from the FIVE qualifying prize winners, and upon verification of eligibility, will receive the grand prize, which is two (2) tickets to the Oasis Pool Party featuring Ludacris at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass on Saturday, June 29, 2024. Plus, each winner will qualify for the Grand Prize which includes two (2) 1-night stays at Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass and a cabana for the Oasis Pool Party on Saturday, June 29, 2024, valued at $2,000, and courtesy of Gila River Resorts & Casinos.

Must be be 21 years of age or older and a legal/permanent resident of the state of Arizona during the duration of this contest. Participants may only be a verified winner one (1) time and receive one (1) prize per contest. Only one (1) winner per household is eligible to win this contest. If winner does not complete all necessary information needed for fulfillment, the prize will be forfeited after 30 days from receiving the verification email. All winner fulfillment paperwork must be completed during business hours; Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 9:00am – 5:30pm (MST) and/or 24 hours prior to event date in order for prize to be distributed.

Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
